One year ago I made a special friend named Abby. Elara picked the fabric for her strawberry dress, and some red wool for her hair. She is still a favourite.

But Abby needed a friend.

A fair, fresh, fun kind of friend.

A 'she'll be apples' kind of friend.

Isn't he a sweet boy!

This is Finlay.

A premmie blessing for his parents.

Who are a blessing to many others.

And I got to help decorate his nursery!

We started with this owl in the tree wall decal from here.

Made a teal, light blue and grey cushion to match.

I do hope that he doesn't get any ideas from these owls. No staying up hoo-hooting all night baby Fin... sleep well in your new room, for your Mum!
