Upside down cheesecake

How to:
Make up your favourite chilled cheesecake filling. (Mine is lime and palm sugar)
Scoop into glasses and chill for 3+ hours.
Process a packet of butternut snap biscuits and add enough melted butter to moisten.
Divide amongst glasses.
Chill for 10mins.
Top with whipped cream and something special (I add lime zest and a sprinkle of brown sugar).
Serve and enjoy!
