Cake Pops



Well, they are hardly Bakerella standard, but:
1. It was my first attempt;
2. I live in a hot, humid climate, and decided to make these in the middle of summer. The butter melts too quickly, the icing/frosting melts too quickly, and the chocolate does all sorts of unplanned things; and
3. I didn't bother with following a recipe because I made them on a whim.

Still delicious. Still ball shaped. Still pop-ish.
Hey, that's ok with me.

  1. Ooooooo I can't believe you did them without me!!! Can we make them again soon? Maybe when it's not so hot. I over this 'baking-doesn't-work' weather!
